This easy recipe is a real crowd pleaser. My family loves it and it’s a hit at NPR too- perfect for Thanksgiving snacking.

* One 8 oz package light cream cheese
* 1 container Kaukauna spreadable cheddar cheese
* 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles
* 1/2 to a whole pomegranate sectioned & seeded
Mix ingredients together (excluding the pomegranate seeds) in a bowl with your hands and form a ball. Place the ball on saran wrap and refrigerate while you peel & seed the pomegranate.
Push the seeds into the cheese closely so that when you are done the cheese ball looks like a holiday ornament.
Serve with the crackers of your choice.
