On of the things I know for sure is that you always feel better about yourself when you help others. NPR has held a clothing drive for the last 9 years and we are thrilled to have another one this November. Go through your closet, edit the things that you don’t wear and bring them to NPR and we will donate them to The Assistance League of Denver.
♥The Assistance League of Denver has been serving the greater Denver community for 58 years. Last year 273 members devoted over 35,000 hours and spent $285,000 helping children and adults in need.
♥They are an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to serve children and adults through its nine innovative philanthropic programs: Operation School Bell®, Hospital Equipment Lending Program, Scholarship, Hospitality House, Assault Survivor Kits®, Arts for Kids, Caps for Kids, ALDO Bears, and Serve Our Seniors.
♥Here’s how the sale works: bring a donation of gently worn & usable clothing or accessories and NPR will donate the clothes to the Denver Assistance League’s thrift shop.
Every donation enters you into a drawing for a French Kande necklace valued at $275
