I don’t feel finished unless I have on my eye makeup, and I have my routine down to four products: Primer, shadow, eyeliner, and mascara.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in the color Eden removes the redness from my eyelids. Brush it on and gently blend. You can use a brush, but I am a finger gal. (I look like I’m pulling, but I am being gentle.)
Then I use Charlotte Tilbury’s Color Chameleon Stick Shadow in Dark Pearl to add depth to my eyelid. Blend with a brush or your fingers (gently).
I use Lancome’s LeStylo Waterproof in Vision Ivy to line my eyes. I go under my lashes, careful not to get any product on my waterline. My Ophthalmologist okayed this as long as the color was in my lashes. I add just a smidge to my lower lashline in the corners. Blend.
Curl your lashes and then squiggle L’Oreal Telescopic black mascara through your lashes. Two coats work best, but let the first one dry.
I am wearing Hourglass’s cream blush in Sacred and Gucci’s The Painted Veil.
Natural and understated eye makeup looks both elegant and timeless for mature women.
